Our one-on-one personal training programs are customised based on individual personal goals. We offer results-based programs that include not only one-on-one personal training but also customised nutrition plans and accountability based on clients' fitness goals.
We will be able to advise which transformation program might be best for you after a free fitness consultation and assessment. Generally one personal training session fee is $80 per session.
